the product i received was not what i ordered, company never responded to an e-mailed inquiry about why this happened. and for some mysterious reason i had to appeal to amazon (repeatedly) to get this transaction feedback option engaged (i was never given the opportunity to present my level of satisfaction with the purchase...took 3 weeks of e-mails to get this accomplished).

The software with this package stinks. I cannot manage to get labels that are centered even with fine tuning the settings. It is very frustrating!!

Not perfect but good enough until something better comes along. Paper is good. It holds the ink well and I finally figured out how to get it to work with my Discus software.
