Will you share my personal information with other companies?
CREATIVE PRODUCTS does not sell, rent, or distribute customer information to any outside company for marketing purposes. We value your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Do you ship internationally?
CREATIVE PRODUCTS can ship to any physical street address in the continental United States. We do not ship to locations outside of the United States of America. Read about our Shipping Policy for more information.

How long will it take to get what I order? How much do you charge for shipping?
The time it takes to receive your order, as well as the costs for shipping, will depend on your location and the method you choose for shipping. You will be shown your total shipping charges before checkout. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.

How can I track my order?
We normally do not provide order tracking information, unless requested. If you would like to track your order, you may send an email message to Send Email to request tracking information. Please make sure to provide your order number when sending your request.

How do I return an item?
You must receive a return authorization before making a return. See our Return Policy for details and information on how to request a return.

How can I exchange an item?
You can avoid the restocking fee when returning an item under our 10 day satisfaction guarantee by purchasing an item of equal or greater value from us before we receive and process your return. All exchanges must be handled via two separate transactions: 1) a return, and 2) a new purchase. To perform an exchange, please request your return authorization per our Return Policy. Once you receive return authorization from us, please place a new order of equal to or greater value than the item(s) you are returning. Send your new order number, along with your return authorization number to us at Send Email and we will waive the restocking fee when issuing your refund for your return. Note that we must receive your email exchange request before we receive your return in order to waive the restocking fee.
