Unless specifically noted otherwise, if for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you purchase from us, you may request a return for a full refund of the price paid at the time of purchase, minus shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees, within 10 days of receipt of your order. Thereafter, all sales are final. All non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You may return: - any unused clothing item, except intimate apparel,
- any unused personal hygiene item,
- any unopened music, video, or software item,
- any unopened computer or electronics item,
- any other merchandise (except nutritional products) in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories.
Due to health and safety concerns, you may not return any nutritional supplements, or any items designed for human consumption. All sales of these products are final. Additionally, all sales are final on wholesale and export orders.

Defective Merchandise
Unless specifically noted otherwise, all products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days of receipt of your order. As long as we receive your return request within 30 days of receipt of your order, any defective items will be replaced. Defective items which are past our 30 day warranty period, but have an extended manufacturer's warranty, must be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. Defective items may be returned for replacement only.
Some computer and electronics manufacturers require that their items be handled directly by them. This includes most televisions, computers, and cameras. Therefore, defective returns of these items will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty. If you would like to know the specific warranty coverage of any item before making your purchasing decision, please send an email message to

Note that title changes hands when the merchandise leaves our warehouse. We are not responsible for any item lost or damaged during shipping. Any claims regarding orders received damaged should be addressed to the freight carrier.
To return an item
You must obtain return authorization before returning any item. Send an email message to
to request a return. Include your name, address, telephone number, email address, and order number. Tell us what you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will respond with a return authorization number and an address for you to send the package. You will need to include the packing slip or order number with your return, wrap the package securely, and ship it to the address we email to you. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. We cannot be held responsible for any item that is lost or damaged on route to us. You will be responsible for paying return shipping charges. We will not accept a collect or C.O.D. return. Any unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Exchanges
You can avoid the restocking fee when returning an item under our 10 day satisfaction guarantee by purchasing an item of equal or greater value from us before we receive and process your return. All exchanges must be handled via two separate transactions: 1) a return, and 2) a new purchase. To perform an exchange, please request your return authorization as described above. Once you receive return authorization from us, please place a new order of equal to or greater value than the item(s) you are returning. Send your new order number, along with your return authorization number to us at
and we will waive the restocking fee when issuing your refund for your return. Since we must receive your email exchange request before we receive your return in order to waive the restocking fee, we recommend that you immediately make your new purchase once you receive return authorization.
