Shipping Policy

CREATIVE PRODUCTS can ship to any physical street address in the continental United States, except as noted below. Due to restrictions by our carriers, we do not ship to PO boxes, APOs, or FPOs. We normally ship orders within 24 hours after they are received. During the peak holiday shopping season in October through December, orders may ship up to 2 to 3 days after being received.

The majority of our shipments are sent via United Parcel Service (UPS). We also ship via Parcel Post (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx). We will choose the most efficient carrier for shipping your order, based on your selected shipping method and location.

You will be notified via email of any backordered items. You will have the right to cancel your order via return email for any item that is on backorder, provided we receive your request before shipping your order. In the rare instance that there are any additional shipping costs, you will be notified about them and will be given the option of canceling your order at that time.

Shipping Rates
All shipping charges are calculated based upon the total weight of your order and the shipping method you choose, using tables and rates provided by our carriers. You will be shown your total shipping charges before checkout.

International Shipping
We do not ship to locations outside of the United States of America.
