TTI Exhaust Systems Warranty and Return Policy
90-Day Limited Warranty:
Tube Technologies, Inc. strives to give our customers the highest quality products available. TTI warrants all TTI Performance Exhaust products to the original purchaser to be sold free of defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from date of purchase. In the event of an alleged defect in material or workmanship, TTI’s sole responsibility is strictly to repair or replace the defective product. TTI’s Limited Warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged caused by abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or use on other applications other than recommended by TTI Performance Exhaust. Under no circumstances will TTI replace, repair or refund any product that has been altered in any way, mutilated or shows evidence of the use of insulating wrap products. TTI will not warranty cost of removal or re-installation of a product or will not be responsible for any shipping charges accrued. TTI will not assume responsibility for mufflers meeting individual customers preference or the specific sound ordinances in any city, county and/or state. TTI reserves the right to make changes in design, materials and specifications or to make product changes as deemed necessary without prior notice.
Returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns must have an RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) assigned by the Authorized TTI Distributor from whom the merchandise was purchased. All returns must be adequately and securely repacked with a copy of the original invoice or shipment list. TTI will not be responsible for returned parts damaged or missing in transit due to insufficient packing. Parts must be received in resalable condition. A repair charge may be incurred upon return. Missing parts from returned merchandise will be subject to replacement costs. Final issuance of credit will be subject to receipt and inspection of merchandise by Tube Technologies Inc.
Within the 90-day warranty, TTI will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. If a defect is found, contact a TTI Distributor at 888-548-2282. You will be given a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for the return. You are responsible to provide proof of purchase (Invoice, Sales Order or Packing List). TTI will not be responsible for parts returned damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.
