More Power – In 1988 Chrysler threatened and/or sued those using the name MOPAR or Chrysler including all the magazines, clubs, parts businesses, etc. At Chrysler Power it was decided that perhaps a renaming would create a bit of a stir so “The Best of” the first six years was assembled for the April ’89 inaugural issue of More Power.
The August and October issues were used to launch MOPAR Collectors Guide into the newsstand market.
